William Graham

Dr. Graham is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered dental care to the Calabash community. Combining the discipline and leadership developed during eight years as a U.S. Army Captain with a compassionate approach to dentistry, he strives to help every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.

He began his academic journey at Rutgers University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2020. Dr. Graham continued his advanced training by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the UNC School of Dentistry, where he further developed his skills in comprehensive patient care. He has also earned the prestigious Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship (FAGD), a distinction that reflects his commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.

During his final military assignment at Fort Bragg, Dr. Graham honed his clinical expertise while managing complex dental cases in a high-readiness environment. Today, he continues to expand his knowledge through advanced continuing education in root canal therapy, oral surgery, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign®, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest techniques and technology.

Originally from South Jersey, Dr. Graham was drawn to the coastal charm of Brunswick County, where he and his wife, Melissa, enjoy life with their two French Bulldogs. Outside the office, he can often be found on the golf course, fishing the local waters, or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Whether restoring smiles or spending time with family at Sunset Beach, Dr. Graham is proud to call Calabash home and is dedicated to helping his neighbors achieve lifelong oral health.
